I'm Carrie, a 500 hr Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT), Certified Health Coach, and Mom. After many years of refining my personal wellness and fitness journey, I received a 200 hour yoga teacher training certificate in January 2021 and 300 hour certificate in October 2022. In December 2023, I received my ACE Health Coaching Certification. Continuing on my journey to help others heal, I have completed an Embodied (Somatic) Yoga Life Coaching Certification in 2024. Meditation, pranayama and asana has helped me create more self awareness, surrender and balance in my own life. Now, adding in somatic yoga into to my personal practice, I have learned to heal more deeply and move through old patterns that no longer serve me. My favorite styles of yoga for my personal practice include Hatha, Vinyasa, Yin, and Kundalini. I would love to help you on your personal wellness journey.
