The Benefits of Prenatal Yoga: Strength, Calm, and Connection

Pregnancy is a time of incredible transformation, and setting aside time to connect with your body and baby can support both physical and emotional well-being. Prenatal yoga has been shown to improve circulation, reduce lower back pain, support pelvic stability, and strengthen the muscles used in labor and delivery. Staying physically active during pregnancy also supports a smoother postpartum recovery by maintaining strength, flexibility, and stamina. Through breathwork and mindful movement, prenatal yoga helps regulate the nervous system, lower cortisol levels, and promote a sense of calm. Most importantly, it offers a special opportunity to deepen the bond with your baby—nurturing that connection from the inside out.

What's Included

4 Yoga Flow Sequences

The prenatal yoga flow sequences offer a balanced blend of strength, stability, gentle stretching, and energy activation in 30-35 minutes. Each practice is breath-led and designed to support you through all stages of pregnancy—helping you feel grounded, connected, and at ease in your changing body.

5 Yoga Strength & Tone Sequences

The strength and tone sequences are designed to create more support and stability for your body throughout your pregnancy and to help use your breath to release tension during challenging (but still prenatal safe) poses.

5 Yoga Stretch Sequences

The prenatal yoga stretch sequences are designed for you to slow down, listen to your body, and gently stretch. These sequences are great for when you are feeling tired and/or need to ground your energy.

5 Meditations

The prenatal meditations are included to help you slow down, tune in, and connect deeply with your changing body and growing baby. Through breath, visualization, and inner awareness, you’ll tap into your motherly intuition—heightened during pregnancy—and begin to gently prepare your mindset for labor, delivery, and the sacred journey of bringing new life into the world.

Designed to fit into your life

  • Flexible & Online: Practice anytime, anywhere—no need to stick to a schedule or even change into yoga clothes.

  • Short & Stackable Sessions: Each video is around 30 minutes. Combine flows—like strength + stretch—for a longer session if you like.

  • Tailored for Pregnancy: Flows are designed to support your changing body through all trimesters, with options for support like using a chair.

  • Mind-Body Connection: Guided meditations are included to help calm your mind, reduce stress, and prepare for labor, delivery, and postpartum.

  • Go at Your Own Pace: Whether you have 10 minutes or an hour, you can show up in a way that feels good and supportive.

Supporting Moms to Be

I created this prenatal yoga program after years of teaching both group and private prenatal yoga and witnessing how transformative the practice can be. It’s been an honor to help my clients connect with their changing bodies—with compassion, not judgment—and build greater self-awareness through movement and breath. But I also saw that seeing them once a week just wasn’t enough. I wanted to offer a way for them to continue their self-study and feel supported between sessions, which is why I created this video collection—to give you the tools to stay connected, grounded, and empowered throughout your pregnancy, anytime you need it.
