In this 90 minute virtual workshop you will use meditation, journaling, breathing exercises, and guided movement (a blend of traditional yoga postures along with somatic yoga movement in those postures) to create subtle yet profound shifts in your body, mind, and spirit.

Inside the Workshop

We’ll begin with a brief exploration of the key differences between traditional yoga and somatic yoga, helping you understand the unique power of this approach. From there, you'll be invited to reflect through journaling on the transformation you're seeking or what you hope to gain from our time together.


Then, I’ll guide you into a grounding meditation designed to deeply regulate your nervous system. Once centered, we’ll transition into the movement portion of the workshop—where you’ll experience the body through breath, mindful motion, and the five senses.

To close, you’ll have the opportunity to journal about your experience, with space to share if you feel called. If time allows, I’ll offer optional brief life coaching to support your insights and intentions.


Throughout this workshop, we’ll weave together journaling, breathwork, sensory awareness, and embodied movement to reconnect you with your inner wisdom and power.

How do I register?

Do I need to have any yoga experience?

Absolutely not! This will be an all levels experience. I will guide you into the movement portion and give you options for intuitive movement as we move through traditional and somatic yoga postures.

What do I need to have?

Your yoga mat, headphones, and something to hydrate you. If you don't have a yoga mat, that's ok too! We will be on the floor for a good portion of the movement portion so make sure your flooring is comfortable.

What do I wear?

Yoga clothing, workout wear or anything you can sit on your mat and move comfortably in.

What exactly will we do during the workshop?

I will briefly explain the differences in traditional yoga and somatic yoga. Then, we will dive into the transformation you would like to have and/or what you are hoping to get out of this workshop through journaling. I will guide into a meditation to deeply regulate your nervous system. Next, we will move into the movement portion (approx. 30 minutes). To close, you will journal on your experience with the option to share. If time permits, there will be an option for me to do brief life coaching. In this workshop, you will journal, do breathwork, use the 5 senses, and have movement.

Participant Cancellations:

All workshop payments are non-refundable. Please be sure you can attend before registering, as we are unable to offer refunds or credits for cancellations, no-shows, or schedule conflicts.

Minimum Enrollment Requirement:

Each workshop requires a minimum number of participants to run. Shifted Arrow Yoga & Wellness reserves the right to cancel any workshop up to 48 hours in advance if the minimum enrollment is not met. If we cancel the event, you will receive a full refund, issued via the same method of payment used at the time of registration.
